The next song is called The Oath from Final Fantasy 8. This song plays when the main character, Squall, is giving a speech to his comrades right before an intense battle. He knows that they are scared, he is too, but he knows that if they don't go through with this battle, that Galbadia will overthrough the world (he didn't even know the half of it). This song just makes that part so much better.
